All courses and subscriptions have a full refund deadline of 14 days from the purchase date.
Any refund fees can be transferred to another course or subscription by contacting the Support team by emailing
hello@harmonymingle.com.
Cancellations received after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are eligible for the refund, your refund will be processed within 7-14 days and will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that some banks may take longer. If you don't receive your refund within this time frame, please give your bank a call.
We kindly ask you not to use any other way to get your refund, for example, a changebacks. In this case, the chargeback will be processed on our part with the providing of all data, including proof of service provided on our part and the correspondence between the platform and the user.
The refund period in case of chargeback opening is up to 50 working days.
