Created by Gabriella Roth, a dancer, and an innovator in the field of dance and movement practices, this practice aims to awaken your connection with the body. This practice helps to feel the signals of your nervous system and your body, and boost emotional intelligence.
Lesson 3. Mini-dance
Explore the shortest movement practice in this course, the mini-dance. Feel every impulse in your body and turn them into a small dance anywhere, anytime. This is a very important skill of presence in your own body, which is the basis of conscious and holistic life.
Lesson 4. Walking Dance
Set yourself free and dance not just at home, but maybe in the park, in the forest, or when you just walk down the street. The main task is to enjoy the free movement and improvisation!
Lesson 5. Releasing Tension
Remove the excessive emotional tension from the body through movement and dance. Release stress that your body has accumulated throughout life. This can be achieved quite smoothly and gently through this dance therapy tool.
